I’ve been attending Pilates classes for a number of years with a range of excellent teachers for both mat and reformer classes. Krista has been hands down the best teacher I’ve worked with. Her knowledge of the subtle nuances required for different types of rehab never fails to impress and her dedication to continuous development and learning in the field is obvious by the quality of her teaching. She goes above and beyond classes to ensure her clients have appropriate exercises to set them up for success as much outside the classroom as in it. Krista also integrates feedback from other professionals I’ve seen (physiotherapists, RMTs, osteopaths) into our exercises in a way that I haven’t experienced before and as a result has had a more profound impact on my recovery than any other single professional I’ve worked with. I would recommend Krista unreservedly for anyone who wants to maximise their Pilates experience.
