Krista is an amazing pilates teacher. She is highly professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. My original intention in beginning training with Krista was to strengthen my body and my core for the demands of my work. Now, it's to continue deepening my practice. Krista is helping me advance my understanding of pilates and how it relates to the full capacity of an interconnected bodily awareness. She trains me at my pace and strengthens my core and overall strength. I progress at my own speed under her excellent guidance and teaching.
