Krista is a joy to spend time with. She is positive and encouraging and patient and kind. She cares about my whole being welfare, and is as supportive as a person can be. Most notably, Krista is immensely knowledgeable about body anatomy, structure, movement, strength and healing. You will be lucky to be a client of Krista's, as you will be in the best hands out there!
