Sarah Todd

Sarah has been a prolific mover since she was born, from dance, to rowing, to running, and every fitness trend you can think of in between. She first encountered Pilates through ballet training and has returned to the practice over and over for the past two decades. Sarah’s love for Pilates is based in a deep belief in the transformative power of mind-body connection, and pleasurable, intentional movement. Sarah is completing her Balanced Body teacher training and is looking forward to offering classes and private instruction as a student teacher.
