Founded on the principles established by Joseph Pilates and refined to incorporate modern advancements in movement science and education, our approach is personalized and focuses on your unique body and goals.

I have done Pilates for many years but I had developed some patterns that were causing me consistent back pain and pelvic restrictions. I felt grateful to discover Lisa and Krista. Lisa was able to quickly diagnose my dysfunctional patterns and design a program for me that addressed them. I often call her “eagle eyes” as she catches the most subtle of cheats, but it speaks to her attentiveness and I have come far quickly with LISA. Due to my scoliosis I have also worked with Krista. It has been a game changer to more fully understand how I am compensating and how to bring a conscious awareness into areas of my body that have been numb for many years.
Together they have created a plan so I have tools to continue at home.
Both of these professionals bring a wealth of experience and innovation, deep caring, and a spry sense of humour as sometimes you just need that!
