Matwork - Beginner/Intermediate

This class builds on the foundational movement principles and introduces a thoughtful sequence of exercises from the Pilates mat repertoire. Classes will challenge your whole body as you work through an intentional, well-balanced, and body-aware movement practice. Designed for those who have prior matwork experience, although exercises can be modified and made accessible for any regularly practicing Pilates fan.

Prerequisites: Matwork experience and/or minimum of 4 private lessons or teacher approval.
