Matwork - Intermediate

This class is designed for those who have a strong Pilates matwork practice. Classes build on our Beg/Int repertoire and dive deeper into more advanced repertoire to dynamically challenge your strength, endurance, and range. Expect to explore more complex exercises and progressions with emphasis on building the whole-body endurance and organization required to progress through all of the matwork repertoire. Not suitable for contraindicating injuries.

Prerequisites: Matwork experience and/or minimum of 8 private lessons or teacher approval.

Matwork - Beginner/Intermediate

This class builds on the foundational movement principles and introduces a thoughtful sequence of exercises from the Pilates mat repertoire. Classes will challenge your whole body as you work through an intentional, well-balanced, and body-aware movement practice. Designed for those who have prior matwork experience, although exercises can be modified and made accessible for any regularly practicing Pilates fan.

Prerequisites: Matwork experience and/or minimum of 4 private lessons or teacher approval.

Mindful Mat

Mindful Mat is your introduction to Pilates on the mat. This class focuses on foundational movement principles including breath and core connection, pelvic positioning, spinal mobility, and balance. It is an ideal starting point for anyone new to Pilates, returning to movement, or looking to refine their movement technique in a supportive, mindful environment.

No prerequisites necessary.
