Slightly faster pace with moderate exercise progressions. Clients must have a basic understanding of, and are comfortable manipulating the equipment.
A whole-body workout incorporating fundamental exercises of Pilates: a basic and safe series of exercises to get you familiar with the Reformer and how it works. Taught at a slower pace with deeper cues and individual exercise modifications.
