Reformer - Intermediate

This class is best-suited for those with a strong foundation on the Pilates apparatus and builds upon our Beg/Int repertoire. We introduce new layers of endurance, coordination, choreography, precision, and breathwork that will dynamically challenge your whole body, all while maintaining a supportive pace.

Participants must be comfortable maneuvering the equipment and able to maintain a dynamic class flow. Not suitable for contraindicating injuries.

Prerequisites: Beg/Int Reformer group class experience and/or teacher approval.

Reformer - Beginner/Intermediate

This class is for those who have established experience on the Pilates equipment. While building upon important movement fundamentals, we will also focus on enhancing control, balance, strength, and flexibility.

Whether you're just starting your Pilates journey or have years of experience, our small class sizes ensure personalized attention and are a must for anyone committed to deepening their movement practice.

Reformer - Fundamentals

This class offers in-depth instruction on the foundational principles of Pilates using the Reformer and other equipment. This class is an ideal starting point for anyone new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or seeking to deepen their understanding of core fundamentals.

Emphasis is placed on cultivating postural awareness, using breath to stabilize the pelvis and elongate the spine, and developing precision in spinal movement and shoulder girdle organization.

Taught at a thoughtful pace, the Reformer Fundamentals Class establishes a solid platform for building a smart, well-aligned, and mindful movement practice.

No prerequisites necessary: This class is open to all, and we’re excited to have you join. To support your individual progress and ensure the best experience for everyone, your teacher may suggest a private session as needed.
